4. Peachy Poppyseed Dressing
recipe and photo via @wheatfreemom
You are totally justified in wondering whether salad can be considered a snack. But I for one love a good salad as a snacking option. 🥗
I love prepping a large salad and container of dressing on Sunday and then snacking on it throughout the week.
Dressing
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2 Tbsp milk
- 1 Tbsp poppyseeds
- 1 Tbsp peach white balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 Tbsp Swerve sweetener
Salad
- Baby kale
- Shredded old cheese
- Raw pumpkin seeds
- Raw sliced almonds
- Green onions
- Avocado
5. Cream Cheese Stuffed Everything Bagel Bites
recipe and photo via @kyndraholley
Ok so these are dangerous. I feel like these are best accompanied with a timed lockbox, because otherwise there's a serious risk of eating them all at once. 🙊 Ingredients:- 2 cups blanched almond flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 3 large eggs, divided
- 3 cups low fat, part skim shredded mozzarella
- 5 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1/4 cup Everything Bagel Seasoning
- 6 ounces cream cheese, cold
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried Italian seasoning. Mix until well combined.
- Crack one of the eggs into a small bowl and fork whisk. This will be the egg wash for the top of the bagels. The other two eggs will go in the dough.
- In a large microwave safe mixing bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Remove from microwave and stir to combine. Return to microwave for 1 additional minute. Mix until well combined.
- To the mixing bowl, add the remaining 2 eggs and the almond flour mixture. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated. If the dough gets too stringy and unworkable, simply put it back in the microwave for 30 seconds to soften and continue mixing.
- Roll the dough into 24 even sized balls. Cut the block of cream cheese into 24 equal sized squares.
- Take each dough ball and gently press your thumb into the center of it to create a pocket. Put a piece of cream cheese inside the pocket and shape the dough around it to seal the cream cheese into the center.
- Pour the bagel seasoning into a shallow bowl.
- Brush egg wash over each bagel bite and then roll it in the bagel seasoning.
- Place the coated bagel bites in a single layer across the baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until the dough is golden brown on the outside and cooked through.
6. Baked Brussel Sprouts
recipe and photo via @ketokanagan
This is the perfect example of not overcomplicating your snack. Simple. Efficient. Delicious.
Brussel sprouts had a huge 'glow up' in my opinion. 😍
My mom used to force feed me my brussels. And now she wouldn't be able to stop me from eating them if she wanted. 🤤
- Brussel sprouts
- Bacon
Instructions:
- Fry bacon until almost cooked
- Mix bacon with 2 tablespoons of bacon grease with halved brussel sprouts
- Add salt, pepper, and seasoning if you like
- Bake at 400° for 20 mins

10. Avo and Eve's
This might just be the simplest snack on the list. But that doesn't mean it won't satisfy your snack cravings!
The beauty is in the simplicity and the fibre content. By the way, I think you'll be interested to know that we recently put out a post about why everyone should be upping their fibre. You should check it out HERE.
Ingredients:
- Avo
- Eve's Crackers
Instructions:
- Cut avocado in half
- Using knife, score and smash avocado inside the skin, using it as a bowl

11. Spinach Pinwheels
recipe and photo via @ketomadesimple
I'm a sucker for spinach & cheese pastry combinations, so this is right up my alley. It also goes phenomenally with feta.
Ingredients:
Dough
- 1 1/2 Cups of shredded mozzarella
- 3/4 Cup of almond flour
- 2 TBSP of cream cheese
- 1 egg
- Garlic Powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, or any other desired seasonings

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 extra cup spinach
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
- Put mozzarella and cream cheese in a medium sized bowl and microwave for 1 minute.
- Stir, then microwave another 30 seconds until the cheeses are melted.
- Add in egg, almond flour, and seasonings. Wet your hands and mix everything together until well combined. If the dough is sticky, simply wet your hands and continue kneading together.
- Form the dough into a ball on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roll the dough out to form a rectangle, about 1/3 inch thickness. Set aside.
- In a large skillet, drizzle some olive oil to coat the pan and add the spinach. Cook until it wilts down.
- Add in the cream cheese and garlic powder and heat until melted.
- Spread the spinach mixture on top of the dough in an even layer. Top with the extra fresh spinach and mozzarella cheese.
- Slowly roll the dough up into a log. Cut the log into strips about an inch wide.
- Place the pinwheels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15-18 minutes on 420°.

This recipe may appear daunting, but it's actually just as easy as the rest on this list. You're basically making cookies and mixing ingredients for the pumpkin spice filing.
If you're feeling especially 'work averse' then you can just stick to the snickerdoodle cookies. 😉

- 1 cup almond flour
- ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)

- In a large mixing bowl, whisk egg, butter, and vanilla extract together.
- In a separate bowl, combine Snickerdoodle Keto Chow, almond flour, cinnamon, and baking powder.
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients in the large bowl and mix well (do not over mix).
- On a greased baking sheet, using a tablespoon, scoop out cookie mixture and place evenly through out the sheet (avoid placing close together as they will expand when baking).
- Repeat until you have 12 evenly sized scoops.
- Slightly flatten 6 of the 12 cookies for the base of the cookie sandwich.
- Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool completely before adding.
- For the frosting filling - using a mixer, beat cream cheese with Pumpkin Spice Caramel Keto Chow until all the powder has been mixed into the cream cheese.

- Place the rounded cookies on top of the filling to complete the cookie sandwich.

Just wondered why it is that I can purchase your crackers elsewhere at a cheaper price than getting them directly from you.
