Eve developed our crackers in her home kitchen using everyday ingredients and baking methods. We are proud that since the days of baking out of Eve’s kitchen, not much has changed. We still mix and bake our crackers just as if they were being made in Eve’s cozy home kitchen.

YES! Our crackers are made in a dedicated gluten-free kitchen that is certified by GFCO. Our crackers are 100% safe for people with celiac disease.

We source our flaxseeds from our lovely neighbours in the Prairies (the middle, flat part of Canada). All of our ingredients are sourced from trusted gluten-free certified suppliers.

Our crackers have a shelf life of one year. If you open the bag and don’t finish it all in one go (no judgement if you do!) then make sure to squeeze the air out and zip lock the top shut again. 

We use nutritional yeast in all of our crackers because we love it’s yummy, almost cheesy flavour and its powerful nutritional profile. It’s our not so secret, secret ingredient! 

Nutritional yeast is a complete protein, providing all 9 amino acids. It’s high in fiber, B vitamins and minerals, including folate, thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, selenium, and zinc.
