Eve’s Crackers were developed in Eve’s home kitchen using everyday ingredients and baking methods. We are proud that since the days of baking out of Eve’s kitchen not much has changed. We still mix and bake our crackers just as if they were being made in Eve’s cozy home kitchen.

YES! Our crackers are made in a dedicated gluten free kitchen that is certified by GFCO. Our crackers are safe for celiacs.

YES! Very. All our crackers have less than 2g net carbs per 25g serving. Our Black Sesame flavour have ZERO net carbs, Yes, zero! Three cheers for ditching those cucumber slices on your charcuterie board and replacing them with Eve's!

Total grams of carbs minus total grams of fibre. We will use our Black Sesame crackers as an example. If you read the nutrition label you will notice there are 4g of carbs and 4g of fibre, if you subtract the carbs from the fibre you end up with 0g net carbs. All our crackers are low carb, having less than 2g net carbs per serving. This makes them the perfect cracker replacement if you are leading a keto or low carb lifestyle.

We source our flaxseeds from our lovely neighbours in the Prairies (the middle, flat part of Canada). All our ingredients are sourced from trusted gluten free certified suppliers.

Our crackers have a shelf life of one year. If you open the bag and don’t finish it all in one go (no judgement if you do!) then make sure to squeeze the air out and zip lock the top shut again. 

We use nutritional yeast in all our flavours because we love it’s yummy, almost cheesy flavour and it’s powerful nutritional profile. It’s our not so secret secret ingredient! 

Nutritional yeast is a complete protein, providing all 9 amino acids. It’s high in fiber, B vitamins and minerals, including folate, thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, selenium, and zinc.
